We have previously logged such feature request under the name:
Diagrams: Implement Item to Item Snapping during Resize.
Next week the latest it will be available for tracking in our new feedback portal.

This feature will not be implemented in the upcoming Q3 2014 Official Release. You can vote for it (like button) in our feedback portal in order to increase its development priority.
