Align Time horizontally

is it possible to align time horizontally?
Something like here in aspnet-ajax?

I am afraid this is currently not supported. You can vote for this feature at http://feedback.kendoui.com/ , so that we gain a better idea how much is such a feature desired. We use the information when choosing what to implement in the future.
