Ajax on server issue

I am facing problem with telerik ajax , it's working fine in my local Machine but not working on live server .

Based on the provided information it is rather difficult to isolate the root cause of the issue.

there are some basic steps you could take for isolating the issue:

• Check if any js errors appear on Ajax request when the application is deployed on the live server.
• In case you are tuning the application in medium trust ensure that you are inheriting from RadAjaxPage as described in the following help topic: Using RadAjax in Medium Trust
• In case you are using a centralized MasterPage with the ScriptManager on it ensure that the same MasterPage is deployed on the server.
