We'd like our scrum master to be automatically added to every project is that possible? Or is it possible to bless certain accounts to see all projects even if they aren't on the team?

Hello Brian,
I agree with you that this would be a nice to have functionality, but currently we do not support this. There is a similar request in our Feedback Portal - here. You can go and vote for the item. The more votes an item has, the higher it goes in our backlog.
