Please tell me what is difference between the both marked products in the attached picture and what additional software is needed.

Thank you for contacting us.

UI for Windows Universal is our control set for Windows Universal app's (Windows 8.1 and Windows Phone 8.1) while the UI for Universal Windows Platform targets the Windows 10 platform.
