Dont you just have a z-index issue?
Try changing the menu's z-index

Would be interested in an answer to this one too. Not had any luck so far with altering the z-index.

A solution as Shane P has suggested is changing the z-index. However, if this do not solve the issue that you encounter, you could open a support ticket and send us a running project so we can explore where the problem comes from.

Thank you Telerik Support. I had been attempting to set the z-index in my CSS file (on both the SharePoint controls and the Rad Menu) without any luck. Adding Style="z-index: 1" directly to the Telerik:RadMenu control has fixed this problem for me.
