Hi..
When installing evaluation copy of Telerik Winforms UI, the installer shows error message like this:
"The installer has insufficient privileges to access this directory: C:\Users\Public\Desktop. The installation cannot continue. Log on as administrator or contact your system administrator."
But, I'm installing as administrator, and the installer is running as administrator privileges.
I'm installing the product on Windows 8.1 64bit Korean version.
For your information, when I access the directory using Windows Explorer, I get the Access Denied error.
The directory does exist but I can't acccess it.

After rebooting the computer, the problem has gone.
