As far as we're aware it is not possible to resize the childbrowser window out of the box, but this thread elaborates on modifying its size if you wish to dive into that. For that to happen, you would have to manually add the ChildBrowser plug-in to your project - here is our documentation about integrating custom Cordova plugins in Icenium.
You can also switch to InAppBrowser to see if it covers the needs of your app.
