Hi,
How insert page header & Footer, Report Header and Footer and  Page setup in telerik grid exporting(as xml,doc,pdf etc).

These features are currently supported by our HTML and ExcelML export formats..
ExcelML basics
ExcelML structure / GridExcelBuilder
Word/Excel Export (HTML-Based)
