Hello,
You can easily style the ScheduleView appointments by modifying the AppointmentStyle. For reference you can take a look at this example. You have to attach a tooltip to the element at the top right of your appointment or if you want this tooltip to show over the whole appointment and not only on this element you can use the ToolTipTemplate property of the control like shown in this example.
