Hello Gaurav,
RadChart does not provide support neither for Manhattan Bar 3D series type (with XYZ coordinates), nor for pseudo 3D Bar series (with XY coordinate) so it would not be possible to achieve the desired effect.
The current version provides support for Bar 3D and StackedBar 3D series types.

Hi ,
Unfortunately our controls suite does not have manhattan bars yet. You can only use a regular 3d bar series with the old RadChart. I think that 3D rarely visualizes data in a more clear way, so I suggest you use a regular 2D bar series (check out the new ChartView).
