Hi Zach,
Unfortunately RadChart does not expose API for customization of the edge/corner rounding in Pie3D chart and it would not be possible to achieve the desired effect.

Thanks Freddie, is it possible to simply turn the rounding off?

Hello Zach,
Unfortunately this is not possible as this is the built-in behavior of the visual that draws the edge (Doughnut3DSmoothEdge) and it cannot be turned on or off.
