Hi.

I have a problem with the RadDateTimePicker, when i want to enter 23:15 it always falls back to 11:15.
(Those times are just examples it happens with every number greater than 11 - 12 falls back to 00 so i cant even input midday)

Culture = de-AT.
Format = Custom or Time (same Problem)
CustomFormat = dd.MM.yyyy HH:mm

Hope you can help me fix this Problem.

Hi,

Thank you for writing.

There is an issue with the behavior of RadDateTimePicker indeed. If the culture does not use the AM/PM time format, the user cannot set the hours to be greater than 12. I have logged this issue to our Public Issue Tracker under ID 11881. To vote for it and subscribe for its status updates, follow this link: http://www.telerik.com/support/pits.aspx#/public/winforms/11881. Thank you for reporting this issue and please excuse us for the caused inconvenience. Your Telerik points have been updated.

We will do our best to address the issue for our upcoming Service Pack, scheduled for the end of the month.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you have further questions on the issue.

All the best,

So there is no workaround, instead of changing my culture?
If that is correct, i really hope this bug will be fixed soon.

Hi,

Thank you for writing back.

The issue is already addressed and it will be included in Q2 2012 Service Pack 1. For the time being you can use the workaround demonstrated in the attached sample project.

I hope this helps. Let me know if you encounter further issues.
