What is the best way of switching between 12 and 24 hour time format?

Unfortunately the only way right now is to create a bunch of template and styles:
http://demos.telerik.com/wpf/?ScheduleView/CustomStyles/TimeRulerStyle
We are aware of this limitation, though, and most probably in the near future we will add several properties that will specify the string formats that will be used in the default themes.

Have you added such properties for 24h format in the latest release?

there is definetly way to change time format from 12h/24h, i did it succefully in my procjet,
according to this example:
http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#ScheduleView/CustomDateFormats
for example change value of below property in one on your schedule views:
TimerulerMajorTickStringFormat="{}{0:HH:mm}"

Indeed, RadScheduleView provides a few properties that can be used to set the formatting of the TimeRuler, detailed information about them can be found in the following link:
