12px gap at top of page, opera 10

please have a look at  http://swaggle.syndicut.com/default.aspx in opera 10

i'm using vista 32bit. not checked in xp.

i have narrowed the problem down to the formdecorator, if i remove it the gap goes!!

i even added a reset.css file to set all margin and padding to 0px;

Has anyone come across this before?
