Is there a configuration setting that allows the RadEditor to have a specified "Chrome Type" selected when the user puts the web part onto the page?

Hello Eric,

There is no way to change the default RadEditor web part chrome type. If you want to change the change the chrome for all web parts in your site, you can try changing the site template and modify the default ChromeType property for the web part zones in the template.
