RadRotator offers two client-side events that programmers can use.
The first event is OnClientFrameChanging. If the user consumes this event and returns false in the event handler this will effectively cancel changing the frame.
The other event is OnClientFrameChanged. If the user consumes this event he will be informed whenever a slide in that instance of RadRotator has been changed.
