The visual appearance of RadPanelBar v4.0 is completely
controlled with skins.
Skins are selected by setting the Skin property of the RadPanelbar
class.
RadPanelBar is installed with a number of preset skins. You can
tweak the existing skins, or create your own. Skins are located in ~/RadControls/Panelbar/Skins.
Each skin is a folder containing a CSS file and for some skins, an img
subfolder.
