Front-End Developer for Silverlight/WPF

Telerik is searching for a Front-End Developer for Silverlight/WPF to join our team and help us deliver exceptional software to the most demanding customers such as the World Bank, IMF, United Nations, Motorola, Citigroup, Boeing, HP, Microsoft, and many other leading organizations around the world.
About the position
• Turn User Interfaces designed in Microsoft Expression Blend into fully functional XAML templates.
• Work with the team (developers, support people, QA people, etc) on improving the product in terms of:
• User experience: help end users and customers interacting with the product. Work on establishing and maintaining UI guidelines across the entire product suite;
• Performance: minimize the resources used, visual element tree size, conform to UI performance guidelines;
• Accessibility: validate and improve our products, so that people with special needs can use it without any difficulties.
Required Skills and Experience
• A demonstrated record of experience with HTML, XML
• Familiarity with the .NET framework is a plus
• Good written English skills is a plus
• XAML, WPF, MS Expression Blend experience is a BIG advantage
• Strong communication and problem solving skills
• Ability to work without close supervision
• Ability to meet deadlines in a fast paced environment required
