Boston, MA, February 19, 2007 – Telerik, the leading vendor of UI components for .NET development, is proud to announce that two of its most popular navigational components RadTreeView and RadMenu have been awarded for excellence as support reference materials in the category of Online Technical Documentation at the recent regional competition held by the Society for Technical Communication (STC).
The New England Chapter STC honored RadTreeView’s Online Help with a Distinguished Award among strong competition of 26 contender companies. The STC describes the Distinguished submission as “Clearly superior in all areas. There are no major flaws, and few, if any, minor flaws. It is an outstanding example of technical communication principles”. As a winner of the Distinguished Technical Communication award, RadTreeView qualifies for automatic submission to STC's international competitions. Also reviewed and critiqued by industry professionals, RadMenu was presented with a Merit award in the same category.
