Sofia, Bulgaria, November 13, 2009 - Telerik is proud to announce that it has been awarded 2nd place in the “Best Employer in Bulgaria 2009” study (small to medium size company category). The study was conducted by Hewitt Associates, one of the world’s leading HR consulting and outsourcing companies.
This year the “Best Employers in Bulgaria” study included 91 companies from various industry sectors. The assessment is based on a survey conducted among employees and therefore represents an objective appraisal from within of how people percieve their company. This year 13,000 employees and 350 top managers helped Hewitt analyze their companies based on three aspects – feedback from their employees, people management policies and practices, and the viewpoint of the top management. The criteria being evaluated are: career growth, work environment, manager-employee relationship, remuneration and benefits, balance between work and personal life, processes, etc.

The study “Best Employer in Bulgaria” is conducted for the fourth consecutive year as part of the regional study for Central and Eastern Europe.
