So far I've used a third party reporting tool. Then for my gladness and great satisfaction I tried Telerik Reporting. My happiness knew no boundaries. It is very simple and intuitive. It is much faster, simpler and easier to work than anything that I have ever used. What impressed me is that it can just as easily be used with web-based and desktop applications. One more positive side is writing code within a report which can further improve the functionality, as well as the look and feel of the reports. Great job Telerik!

I've used RadControls for ASP.Net Ajax at my last 4 employers - each time I start a new position one of the first things I do is get my Telerik license ordered! The Telerik Reporting package is excellent as well, and my go-to for any report or data export needs. Well done Telerik - keep it up!

I am fairly new to VB.NET/ASP and website building. In the past I used MS Access and deployed applications through Remote Desktop. Trying to save a few pennies, I first tired to use the built-in report builder that came with VS 2010 and also tired to use a third party add-in for VS 2010 reports. While I was able to create reports with those items they were hard to modify and setting data sources was not straight forward. After spending well over a month trying out different reporting tools, I stumbled across Telerik. I was able to create my first report in a few minutes without having to dig through multiple websites for info. After reviewing Telerik's documentation and looking at a few posts on the forum, I was able to modify the report with some conditional formats and replicate a few reports that we used in our MS Access Database. Your designer is easy to use and from what I have seen your support forum is actively monitored. With the other tools that you offer ( Multicolumn Combo Boxes, Grid and Scheduler controls), I can easily replicate my MS Access application, that my users are used to.

I wanted my applications to have that bit extra, instead of just being plain and using the standard Microsoft controls. Basically Telerik offer synergy for applications, they provide excellent functionality and excellent design and usability. I will always use them for any application I design and always recommend them.

Telerik is very innovative! Telerik's Reporting tool is the best, much better than other third party reporting tools. The huge advantage of Telerik is the easy deployment on domain. It is not necessary to install anything on remote servers like with some of their competitors.

We built our application with the MVC model and Entity Framework which reduced the number of tools we could integrate for reporting. After installing the trial version of Telerik Reporting and watching some of the online demos we found Telerik to be the most user-friendly reporting tool for our application. The ability to drop the reporting object on a form and create a report with essentially no code was critical for us as reports will continually be added to the system.

I was doing RnD and I had to choose the best reporting tool. I studied a lot about different tools (several third party tools were extensively evaluated), but I found Telerik Reporting to be the best. I am very thankful to the Telerik team for providing such a wonderful Reporting tool and I highly recommend Telerik Reporting.

I have been using Telerik's tools for years now and every time they brought out something new, it has helped be greatly. I have been working mainly with JustCode, Telerik Reporting and the Silverlight controls and, needless to say, they are all awesome. I am currently working on a workflow tool for the US Navy, that helps them track the status of internal assets. When I was first introduced to the system I noticed inefficiency within their reporting mechanism. I created a prototype using Telerik Reporting in 1 day and presented it to the customer. When they saw how many man hours they could save utilizing the Telerik Reporting tool embedded in their application they went ahead and purchased a copy of the Telerik Premium Collection to complete this new feature. Firstly I want to say that Telerik is Simply the Best! I have used the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX and Telerik Reporting. These products are really user friendly and I was able to create my applications very fast. Telerik Reporting is a great tool to create reports according to complex user requirements.

I have been in the IT industry for 27 years and have been a Microsoft Certified Trainer for 15 years. I have been using the Telerik Premium Collection for about 3 years now. Although I am very capable of writing my own controls, using Telerik controls has saved a huge number of hours for my team. The cost of building and maintaining your own controls can be massive and far outweighs the cost of a Telerik license. The support I have received from Telerik has been awesome and I have had answers to my queries on most occasions within 24 hours.

Some time ago we started out with Telerik's RadControls for ASP.NET. Over the years we purchased all the Telerik products, never to be let down! It strikes me that Telerik is a remarkably customer oriented company. The product value is great! Lots of useful functions and nice looking features. Not overstuffed with marketing material, like some do. The support is superb. While other companies might try a few hints before going to lunch, Telerik often provides custom sample code, even if I don't ask! Bottom line, eh, rather not for everyone: Amazing value for your money!

We had been using Telerik RAD Controls for ASP.NET AJAX, Telerik Reporting & WPF controls for developing a complete document management product on windows with .NET 4.0 and it works excellent. We are also using this to develop an ASP.NET MONO application for a leading non-profit nodal organization for climate change. It works like a charm with great speed on the Linux platform. Kudos for the development team for creating such a wonderful product.
We will be mostly sticking with Telerik in our future projects. It helps to make the user experience consistent across browsers and platforms.

So far I have only had a chance to use Telerik Reporting. It only took me a day to learn my way around it and in less than a week I have almost finished my first report. A very complex report. Also, I had an issue with the WPF Report Viewer not allowing the printing of a page range. I opened a ticket with Telerik about
midnight and when I awoke at 7:45 the next morning I had already received a response to my ticket and it corrected my issue. I am very pleased with my
experience thus far with Telerik.

Telerik's ASP.NET AJAX suite is simply the most comprehensive, and most advanced set of controls you can buy. They are also the industry leader, which means learning them not only saves you time in your current project, but the skills are likely to transfer to other jobs. I have personally used Telerik products at 3 separate full-time jobs.
I'm just getting into some of Telerik's other products such as Reporting and the Sitefinity CMS. The ease-of-use that I have come to expect from Telerik is certainly there, even in these newer tools.

After years of using the standard .NET controls, adding Telerik to my toolbelt has greatly improved my productivity and the look of my applications. Telerik tools are well documented and the support forums are fantastic. I especially love the no-nonsense approach to licensing. After having used tools from other vendors, Telerik sticks with their motto of rock solid software over rock solid licensing. We have just recently switched from Microsoft Reporting Services to Telerik Reporting. The motivation for our switch was to be able to create the logic for our reports in C#, which enables us to both be more expressive (than T-SQL) and unit test our reporting code. Our expectations were completely fulfilled and we are really happy about our switch.
We would recommend the Telerik Reporting solution to anyone in general and especially anyone using Microsoft Reporting Service.

At Univision, we have been using the ASP.net RadControls for 4 years. These are in my opinion the best controls I have used. Besides the functionality, features, and ease of use, you also get great examples on how to use the controls. Also, the support is very responsive which is invaluable to us.
Since then we purchased the full suite. The WPF and Silverlight examples have given us great ideas about improving on our own dashboard.
For the small price of the controls, you will gain in time saved in developing the same functionality yourself.

R.A.D. Yes, what does it mean: Rapid Application Development. Seems smart to use the term RAD for your components, but you also should commit yourself to it as well ! And so they do at Telerik!
Telerik understands. Not only the controls are rich, but the support is outstanding. The code library, blogs, documentation and examples are great. Best of all is the support; Yesterday I posted a small problem, this morning I got an answer. Telerik understands that R.A.D. doesn’t stop at components and properties.
Proovit Business Software (Netherlands) is using Telerik ASP.NET components for about 4 years now. Recently we also discovered Telerik OpenAccess ORM. Also a great tool. A few months ago I was downloading some updates and was looking at upgrades because of Reporting and OpenAccess. I was surprised to see that upgrading from ASP.NET RAD Controls to “Telerik Premium Collection”, which includes controls for ASP.NET AJAX, Windows forms, OpenAcces and Reporting, and some more stuff, only costs $649, while upgrading ASP.NET RAD Controls only was $499… Frankly, I think Telerik is selling too cheap!

Telerik is for sure the best option on .NET Component packs. Every product is 100% managed code, and you can access the source code of almost every package. The support is very effective and you get quick answers by the Telerik team or by community users. But I needed support just a few times: the documentation is very complete and well written (especially the ASP.NET documentation and training PDF). The price is very reasonable and I'm sure that I have started a great partnership that will last for many years. The reason is very simple: today, I don't have to look for any kind of components, because Telerik has it all. Really ALL (ASP.NET, Silverlight, XBAP and Windows Forms).

I have been developing with ASP.NET since it came out. Telerik's tools make my life a lot easier as a developer, and are often written in a way that I would have, which is a huge bonus. I value their approach to mirror Microsoft design practices, which allows me to leverage my 'raw .NET' development experience to get productive quickly.
I must also say that the Telerik controls are far superior to another third party products, which I have also owned. I am talking about the internal things you find out about after you are committed to use the controls for *real* work - not just sample applications.

When you start looking for one, the most important thing in any component suite is the functionality. I've tried them all and Telerik offers more than any of the others. More tools and more functions. Things that let me concentrate on what I do best - writing software.
When you start using them, the really important thing becomes the support. On this Telerik does not let down either. Real people who really know what they are doing and who really care about their products.

Telerik controls are the gold standard for components. I have used almost every one of their custom controls and I have found them superior to anything else on the market. They also give the best support in the business and I have been able to get help on customization of various controls within 1 business day. They have more demos and help files than any company by far.

I'm a newbie to the web world,
I'm originally a "uniPaaS" (application development environment) programmer, team leader and an expert on Magic Software Enterprises products. The difference between a company that keeps it's "cards close to her chest" and the openness of Telerik, the responsiveness, the open support tickets, the demos and shear mass of available resources is mind boggling.
I started working on a project straight out of a 2 courses that lasted 2 weeks. I heard of Telerik from my teacher, in his words: "Use Telerik. It does everything and saves you a lot of problems, the code is great and the service is very responsive." I thought he was exaggerating, but I was wrong!!
The code is a pleasure and the service, don't get me started on the support service.
The support is very responsive, faster then they say. They nail it on the head every time. I feel like I have a team working with me and it feels great!

I have been using your controls since 2002 and have found that they have always given me a competitive edge when biding for projects and contracts. My designers no longer ask me if we can do something they just assume your tools will provide the solution and we haven't been let down yet.
On the few occasions I've needed support I've always received a prompt and helpful response with code examples where necessary.
When I was chairman of VBUG I always took every opportunity to sell the advantages of using the Telerik tools to my fellow developers and continue to do so.
