For a Gem Trade Portal we were developing, we needed a very user-friendly grid to show data with drill down and image, and also be able to change this view to thumbnail. Telerik's RadControls for WinForms is one of the best tools I have worked with in the last few years. The range of controls is impressive, the performance of these controls is absolutely awesome, and the APIs are rich and easy to use.
The Telerik team are very responsive. Support tickets are always answered with code snippets, which helps me complete my projects without delays. I get a response from the Telerik developers within 24 hours, which considering the time zone difference between the USA and Australia, is quite impressive.
I find the documentation very good, full of code samples which are simple enough even if you are a beginner.
Finally, the forums are great. I find a lot of information in there.

If there is one reason why I will buy a Telerik license, then it will be for its top class support.
Every time, I get trouble in any implementation, I don't waste time doing an R&D. Instead, I contact the support team. In less than 24 hours, you get a prompt reply. Most of the time, the solution would be there in the first reply itself with no need for a follow up.
The question could be as simple or dumb as it could be. Or it could just be a complex custom requirement, I have always got quick and efficient solutions.
Being my first MVC project, Telerik had made my learning curve much easier. Thanks to the Telerik support team!

I was initially disappointed that Telerik weren't providing direct support for Microsoft's new Lightswitch product. However, I quickly learned that their excellent suite of controls for Silverlight can be used with Lightswitch!
The difference these controls have made is outstanding. Our Lightswitch applications are not only developed very quickly, as we can provide advanced functionality with little extra effort using the Telerik controls, but we were also able to include some features that we would otherwise have had to forgo due to lack of time.
Telerik's support team did a great job of helping us integrate the controls into Lightswitch, and showed us some really innovative ideas that expanded our horizons with the product.

I have been using Telerik's RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX for several years. It is my "go-to" set of controls in my user interface toolbox. Some of my data sources are more than 20 years old - spanning several technologies. RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX brings new life to our data layer with every new page created. Support is individualized and turn-around is promised to be within 1 business day. I have found it to be sooner. I know that I will always be current with my programming platform as long as I follow the Telerik path. I am happy to write the check to Telerik each time my subscription comes up for renewal. This year - Telerik is going to make mobile interfacing to my data a dream.

I can't say enough good things about Telerik's RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX. Not only do they simplify development, they are stable and fast. The functionality they provide is excellent and rivaled only by their ease of use and deployment. Telerik issues quarterly updates and a huge selection of online demos and samples that provide an insane value added to an already amazing bargain. A fully realized client API further enhances their flexibility and really pushes them far and above any other toolkit.
With so many great things going for it, it's no surprise that there is a large and active user community. The RadControls' forums are a superb resource for finding answers, which the Telerik team actively monitors and participates in. Almost every question I've had I've found an answer to in the forums. On those rare occasions where I needed a bit more help though, the support team was exceptionally knowledgeable and provided quick and accurate responses to support requests. I took the decision to integrate Telerik's ASP.NET Ajax components in a new project after I've used in the past some third party components. This is the best decision I could make, and there are several reasons for that: It is very easy to work with Telerik's controls; I've benefited from a great support by the Telerik team; Demos and documentation are well done; Telerik's components are the best looking ones -they use a large variety of themes; It's cheaper than other third party components suites that I’ve compared to.
The clients really loved the new application and I'm happy because I've delivered a great looking app with less effort than usual.

I have been using Telerik's ASP.NET AJAX controls for over 3 years now. I love their vast range of controls offered in the ASP.NET AJAX suite and now with the Extensions for ASP.NET MVC. These controls have made my programming life easier and helped me focus on the business logic side rather thinking of re-inventing the wheel.
Telerik has also been helpful with their support, as well as actively involved in their forums which are of great help to me in finding examples and advices on building applications, using their controls.
I've also had a sneak peak at their latest Kendo UI tools and I am excited to promote this tool as the latest innovation in programming towards HTML5 standards.

I have used Telerik products for about 6 months now. Telerik's controls are the best in the market. I own a license for the Telerik Premium Collection, but I have mostly used the RadControls for ASP.Net and these controls are a real job saver.
The RadScheduler & RadGrid controls make my life so easy and I enjoy using these controls so much.

We estimate that we saved hundreds of man hours just with the functionality that the ASP.NET AJAX controls provided. For example, the ability to group columns using the RadGrid gave our business users some unprecedented control over how they viewed their section of the budget. This allowed them to run several scenarios without our developers having to create specialized views.
We also found that support for the tools is impressive. When we hit obstacles, the Telerik user community was always there to lend a helping hand. If we needed quick turn around on an issue, our support tickets were answered in a very timely manner by knowledgeable staff.

Sitefinity is the best CMS on the market – way better then popular CMS systems I have looked at in the past.
But the very best, and I have stated that many times, is the support Telerik Stuff is providing. Never have I had any support team that is helping so much further than anyone can expect. From all the support questions I have made, I guess most of Telerik Stuff must be bald because they were pulling their hair out. Still being friendly and helpful.

I was first turned on to the Telerik Controls from another developer at a different company. I had never heard of Telerik and was leaning on going with a third party's control suite. I had asked him why Telerik versus the other controls. He mentioned that the controls were very nice and stylish, and easy to use, but that it was the support and training materials of the product that he was really impressed with.
I decided to give them a try and check out the traning and demos on your site. That was the key that sold me. I have since bought the complete ASP.Net suite of tools and have to say that they are all, and more, that was "sold" to me. I am impressed with the product and especially with the support and training that is available. I have no doubt I will be as persuasive with a recommendation when I'm asked "Why Telerik?".

Look nowhere else if you're building a Windows Phone app. Telerik's RadControls for Windows Phone 7 are the best controls! In fact there are more superior than the Windows Phone SDK.
In addition, you get world class support from Telerik. I had an issue with a control in beta version and it got fixed in just one day.

Telerik's ASP.Net AJAX control suite is by far the easiest suite of add-on products to install, integrate to Visual Studio, and use on a daily basis. One of the few products that does everything it says it does, right out of the box. Even the little things like true Intellisense support, a GUI interface on their controls that makes sense, and their documentation make it easy to dive right in and start using them. Their online documentation is the best of the best. Their sales and support team are timely and professional even when you're at the pre-sale stage and are willing to work with you when you are at the pre-sale stage with your own clients.

As a small group we have developed a collaborative website for international researchers in Cardiac Surgery Perfusion Research to systematically review the latest scientific literature. We originally developed the site using the Ajax Control Toolkit with our own Javascript and “code behind” enhancements. I am happy to have chosen Telerik's RadControls for Silverlight - they gave me the opportunity to extend great features. For example the RadOutlookBar is highly customizable, the new "Telerik Editor" is really amazing (it's like the MS Word program) and I am sure my application will be very successful.
I recently used the TileView and I am amazed how it works well with heavy grids.
I also added a splitter to change the size of the elements. All this done with the Telerik controls. They are indispensable!
Without the Telerik controls I could not have made a lot of important features. Also, if something is unclear to me, I can ask Telerik's support for assistance and always get an answer promptly.

The Telerik ASP.NET AJAX controls themselves are easy to integrate into any solution that we have sort to provide and furthermore, each of the controls in the suite is useful - we have used most of the controls in varied scenarios. What is even more exciting is that with each new release of the ASP.NET AJAX control set, we look forward to what the latest addition will be and how it will be of use to us, as in variably they always are.
