The Telerik Premium Collection was key to decrease the development time of our software, using the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX, the Extensions for ASP.NET MVC and the RadControls for WPF. Also Telerk's JustCode has helped us improve the quality of our code. All our applications, especially those developed with Silverlight, got a really great look-and-feel, thus facilitating an excellent user experience.

With the RADControls for WPF, we are able to generate a great visual calendar for our scheduler, using the Scheduling tool. Also, using the GridView control, we can filter out specific data within a few seconds and find any problems in our schedules.

In the last year, after demoing the Telerik suite, I made the decision to switch from a competing vendor to Telerik. The change affected our productivity immediately! We spent 75% less time troubleshooting features/bugs of the controls as Telerik components are almost completely bug-free as compared to the former vendor. The intuitiveness of the controls, the ease of use of the API references and examples, and all the forums make these controls serve their purpose. That purpose for us is to reduce time required to develop and test advanced, efficient controls to perform tasks like binding grids, uploading files, managing data entry for clinical applications and navigating our sites. The Ajax capabilities and inclusion of jQuery makes the client-side of these controls complete. I've found very few situations where I haven't had all the client/server side capabilities I would expect from each control to ensure efficiency and advanced capabilities.

My developer team has been using the Telerik control suite for over a year now on an internal application. From day 1, we were very impressed by the incredible feature-set, the ease of use and the great online tutorials and code examples. More recently, we have started doing a lot of client-side development, and again we are truly impressed. For people who are willing to spend the time developing deep code, I would recommend Telerik hands down.

Telerik's WPF RadCalendar is a really great tool and easy to use. I was able to get a lot of features added to my scheduling program with a very minimal amount of code. This allowed me to get a nice product out and a quick visualization of our work orders for my department. Another excellent tool that I use all the time is the RadGridView. With just binding my collection to the control, I have gained a lot of functionality with little programming. Most of the features without the Telerik GridView would take me a long time to get the same results. Also using the RadDocking tool is very easy. It allows you to create documents that act just like Visual Studio Docking. This helps me in making programs to support multiple monitors with little effort.

We've been developing a WPF based project for the last few months, and we had been using the standard Microsoft built in controls up until that point. However, there were simply too many issues that we kept running into. All of our resources were spent trying to fix issues with the controls rather than furthering the application.
So we started using the trial version of Telerik's WPF controls. Most of the controls had the same exact API and were simply swapped in for the Microsoft controls. They worked out of the box. Not only that, but all of the issues were gone. For a few remaining issues, Telerik had examples how to resolve them and we were back in the running again.
I'd like to share one specific example. The TreeView control from Microsoft has a property called SelectedItem which is ReadOnly. It takes hundreds of lines of code to select an item in the tree and it's implementation was clunky and non-intuitive. Telerik's RadTreeView exposes that same property, except that their's is Read/Write capable. Which means with one line of declared code using binding, I was able to remove hundreds of lines of unnecessary and confusing code. Not only was it far more clear, concise and clean, it was far more reliable and fluid.
Since then we have decided to purchase their Premium Collection of Telerik controls for all of our developers, with the goal of easing our efforts and delivering our product on time.

I have used Telerik Controls in almost all type of Window/Web applications, like ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, WPF, Silverlight, etc. for the last 5 years and found Telerik's RadControls suites the most efficient ones in the industry.
I would also appreciate that Telerik have very powerful support for developers and everyone can get an answer of any question very quickly.

Telerik controls are the gold standard for components. I have used almost every one of their custom controls and I have found them superior to anything else on the market. They also give the best support in the business and I have been able to get help on customization of various controls within 1 business day. They have more demos and help files than any company by far.

I have extensively used Telerik JustCode, RadControls for WPF, and ORM products over the last year and have found them to be well written software, that saves me tons of time. I particularly like how the design mirrors standard .NET practice and the rapid development cycle that provides new capabilities each quarter.
The ORM product in particular has grown by leaps and bounds and helps me a ton with my SQL database intensive coding projects. It is so nice to no longer write manual SQL join statements for every database I need to support. The LINQ support is awesome!
Finally, I also appreciate Telerik's active attempt to make a developer community by rewarding customer input through their points system.

We have been using the Telerik ASP.NET AJAX controls & WPF controls for about 3 years now. We could say that they are the best among the third-party controls ever used. Especially their UI controls have excellent look & feel and provide a greater flexibility. Most of our clients have commented that UI of our applications are pleasing them as they experienced the user friendliness of MS Excel. Since then we started using Telerik RAD controls for all of our applications. Their documentation and samples are incredible. We really wonder about their rapid upgrades and releases in a year. The forum & support we received from Telerik has been very good. Most of our queries were responded within 24 hours. Telerik controls also save a lot of development time. We have standardized these controls within our organization and even our software development partners have been asked to use Telerik controls for all our developments.

I was looking for a slick, nice, customizable and MVVM friendly outlook-like scheduling component. Telerik's WPF suite offered everything right off the box, with a great documentation and support. The scheduling component alone was worth the price of the suite I purchased.

I first heard about Telerik form the Dot Net Rocks Pod Casts and had been looking around for a control set. Because I am more of a programmer and in most of my past positions worked on the data and business logic tiers, I was never really involved in the cosmetic aspect of a web site. After taking a new position, where we have a very lean development department, my role as a developer expanded into a jack of all trades master of none roll. The users of the applications we are creating really wanted aesthetically pleasing applications and so I reached out for help. I tried several other third party control companies, but after trying the demo for Telerik, I was surprised at how easy they where to use. I was able to create nice looking ASP.NET applications without having to spend a lot of time on making them pretty. I look forward to trying the other products they offer besides the RAD controls. I have been developing with ASP.NET since it came out. Telerik's tools make my life a lot easier as a developer, and are often written in a way that I would have, which is a huge bonus. I value their approach to mirror Microsoft design practices, which allows me to leverage my 'raw .NET' development experience to get productive quickly.
I must also say that the Telerik controls are far superior to another third party products, which I have also owned. I am talking about the internal things you find out about after you are committed to use the controls for *real* work - not just sample applications.

I am a Developer with 10+ years in the industry and with the use of Telerik's WPF controls I can create rich client applications or web sites very quickly, and worry more about the core domain logic, rather than the visual look. So now I have less work to do to make things look great by adding in the Telerik controls.

At Univision, we have been using the ASP.net RadControls for 4 years. These are in my opinion the best controls I have used. Besides the functionality, features, and ease of use, you also get great examples on how to use the controls. Also, the support is very responsive which is invaluable to us.
Since then we purchased the full suite. The WPF and Silverlight examples have given us great ideas about improving on our own dashboard.
For the small price of the controls, you will gain in time saved in developing the same functionality yourself.

I have been developing with Micorosft technologies as a developer for over 15 years. I have used third party software in the past and struggled with their controls, support and overall experience. I always had to jump through hoops to get their controls and my apps to do what I wanted to do and to do what they boasted they could do.
So last year I needed a third party software development tool with controls for ajax. I decided to try Telerik. From their sales team a year ago all the way until today when they responded to one of my many support tickets, I have NEVER seen a more easy to use, perfectly documented control suite with unbelievable technical support!!!

We decided to use Silverlight for our browser based Client Portal and WPF for the administration tool. We evaluated many control providers and found the Telerik controls to be much better looking, faster and easier to implement than any of their competitors' controls. We are very pleased with the Telerik RadControls for Silverlight and WPF. The controls are very slick and fast and help us secure new business with very little investment. We are very happy with the quality of the Telerik controls and will continue to use them for any new projects we develop.

I have been using your controls since 2002 and have found that they have always given me a competitive edge when biding for projects and contracts. My designers no longer ask me if we can do something they just assume your tools will provide the solution and we haven't been let down yet.
On the few occasions I've needed support I've always received a prompt and helpful response with code examples where necessary.

The DataGrid that is part of the RadControls for WPF is the best on the market for handling large amounts of data. I loaded and sorted over 50,0000 inventory objects in a few seconds as compared to a couple of minutes using other WPF DataGrids. It did not have to implement my own Custom Sort to deal with performance issues that other WPF DataGrids suffer from. It was the fastest out of the box, where I had to implement my own Custom Sort to improve the performance for the other WPF DataGrids that were heavily tied to using .NET Reflection. I am very happy my company chose Telerik and their brand of products for our Next Generation Application. Thanks!

I think the Telerik RadControls are the best third party controls for .NET currently available.
My company is using them for many different types of applications like Winforms, ASP.NET, WPF, Silverlight and recently Windows Phone 7.
These controls impress me with pretty interface and good performance, but what I like best is the professionalism of the Telerik technical support and the active Telerik community.
Whenever I need support, I receive it asap.

We initially used competitor controls for our leading-edge mini-ERP software for Metal Treaters. Then a collegue intoduced me to Telerik and praised the technical support and usability of the controls. Now all of our new modules use Telerik controls and we are migrating our entire application to exclusive use of Telerik, incuding Reporting.
