I was initially disappointed that Telerik weren't providing direct support for Microsoft's new Lightswitch product. However, I quickly learned that their excellent suite of controls for Silverlight can be used with Lightswitch!
The difference these controls have made is outstanding. Our Lightswitch applications are not only developed very quickly, as we can provide advanced functionality with little extra effort using the Telerik controls, but we were also able to include some features that we would otherwise have had to forgo due to lack of time.
Telerik's support team did a great job of helping us integrate the controls into Lightswitch, and showed us some really innovative ideas that expanded our horizons with the product.

Telerik's RadControls for Silverlight are really powerful and highly customizable. They speed up new features development and allow me to create a "shining" rich web application. All the components are well documented and there are a lot of examples and demos that provide a good overview of the components' capabilities. I really like them. :-)

Telerik's RadControls for Silverlght are great. They helped us a lot to minimize our development time. For application performance, Telerik's controls have great features, like auto loading the grid data as we scroll down, dashborad, graphs, etc.

Telerik has proven to be most powerful in terms of Silverlight tools. I am a software development engineer and we had a task to develop an e-book reader. I came up with the idea that RadBook would be more than fine for the task, and I added some features including paging and stuff. In the end I got a raise out of it. Telerik is great, currently we are using RADControls for ASP.NET AJAX and RADControls for Silverlight in many projects.

I wanted my applications to have that bit extra, instead of just being plain and using the standard Microsoft controls. Basically Telerik offer synergy for applications, they provide excellent functionality and excellent design and usability. I will always use them for any application I design and always recommend them.

If you want to save time and money the Telerik Silverlight product suite is the only way to go! Microsoft has only provided the bare bones via Visual Studio. Add Telerik RadControls for Silverlight and you are ready to build first class business apps in less time and with awesome results. Thank you Telerik!

Telerik's RadControls for Silverlight are an awesome component pack. My company applications went better with simple customizations. The controls are easy to use and make the development way faster. In my case what helped me the most was was the RadGridView, it saves a lot of developing time because of it excel-like filtering and customizable columns.

I have been a software developer for over 20 years, working with Main Frame banking systems, DOS, VB1-6 and now C#. I have chosen the Telerik Premium Collection due to its common code base between WinForms, WPF and Silverlight which will allow me to use my experience with one platform’s controls to quickly migrate to the others. While evaluating their products I have had excellent response to questions and forum information. I am currently using the Scheduler control along with the Grid control and reporting module which is very flexible.

I have been using Telerik's tools for years now and every time they brought out something new, it has helped be greatly. After extensive research of the various Silverlight control packs currently available through different providers, I eventually settled on Telerik's Silverlight controls. It was a great decision! Not only do the controls offer superb functionality, but they are also easy to use and come with documentation and support that is second to none. I am happy to have chosen Telerik's RadControls for Silverlight - they gave me the opportunity to extend great features. For example the RadOutlookBar is highly customizable, the new "Telerik Editor" is really amazing (it's like the MS Word program) and I am sure my application will be very successful.
I recently used the TileView and I am amazed how it works well with heavy grids.
I also added a splitter to change the size of the elements. All this done with the Telerik controls. They are indispensable!
Without the Telerik controls I could not have made a lot of important features. Also, if something is unclear to me, I can ask Telerik's support for assistance and always get an answer promptly.

I have used Telerik Controls in almost all type of Window/Web applications, like ASP.Net, ASP.Net MVC, C#, WPF, Silverlight, etc. for the last 5 years and found Telerik's RadControls suites the most efficient ones in the industry.
I would also appreciate that Telerik have very powerful support for developers and everyone can get an answer of any question very quickly.

I have been in the industry as a developer for the last 7+ years and have been using Telerik controls in different projects for the last 3 years. I have used Telerik WPF, SilverLight and ASP.NET Controls suites and have found them very helpful in regards of functionality, time saving and appearance.
I cannot think about moving back to native controls. Telerik's RadControls are among the best available development suits!

Our latest project involved creating a highly customized implementation of Microsoft CRM 2011 for one of the largest Professional Employment Organizations (PEO) in the United States with offices throughout the county. The project necessitated integration between their ERP system and Microsoft CRM, numerous custom Microsoft CRM plugins, and Silverlight Web Resources to accommodate their unique requirements and ensure the system could enhance both their employee and customer experiences. We utilized Telerik RadControls for Silverlight and ASP.NET Ajax to expand upon native Microsoft CRM Case and Lead entity functionality. Telerik was able to provide Data grids with exponentially more functionality than we could have used with standard Silverlight. We utilized these controls as both Web Resources embedded in the Microsoft CRM 2011 entity form as well as in custom forms that interfaced with the CRM data through very simple data binding. Telerik provided many examples and source code which are great references for applying techniques to your own situation. Upon our successful experiences with the initial RadControls, we started diving into their many other controls for both Silverlight and ASP.NET. I fully intend to utilize Telerik's products for future Microsoft CRM and ASP.NET custom software projects.

We used Telerik's Silverlight controls to migrate an existing desktop application to Web. The system is designed for easy dealing with logistics and promotions. I had very little time to show some steps completed. I needed fast and easy development and Telerik controls are the best I've ever used. They are easy to understand, Telerik offer great support and are always releasing new updates.
It took me half of the time to develop the project with the Telerik controls, than it would have taken with the standard controls. For example: I used the GridView, because of the auto filters and easy customization (groups, freeze columns, export); the TabControl, as it is perfect for organizing the screen; the DataForm was very important for finalizing my project in timeout; MaskedInputTextBox is very easy to use and has plenty of templates; Menu, Window and RibbonView - all offer very easy configuration; etc. The wealth of the Telerik components has helped us to migrate from WindowsForms to Web without affecting users.

The Telerik Premium Collection was key to decrease the development time of our software, using the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX, the Extensions for ASP.NET MVC and the RadControls for WPF. Also Telerk's JustCode has helped us improve the quality of our code. All our applications, especially those developed with Silverlight, got a really great look-and-feel, thus facilitating an excellent user experience.

I first came in direct contact with your ASP.NET suite about a year ago. At that point I was very impressed with the performance and thought in available options for use.
Now, I'm developing an application with the Silverlight suite and just want you to know that I'm very impressed with the RadChart and RadGrid controls. I have been working with these type of controls for many years and have yet to see the level of quality and performance of Telerik.
I would like to see you add a little more functionality to the (New) RadPropertyGrid, but the current version is good for now.

I know Telerik already from one of the biggest mineral oil companies, where I was using their Windows Forms and ASP.Net Controls. Just a month ago, my current customer chose Telerik for Silverlight, because I was showing him the potential of the Scheduling Control, provided within the RadControls for Silverlight package. Currently I am evaluating the Windows Phone package for some of my projects. As always, I can say, the guys from Telrik have made their homework perfectly. The superior level of documentation, very responsive support and the high quality of Telerik products have made them my number 1 choice for a long time. I am especially impressed about the performance of Telerik products in comparison to other big players (control providers).

We use Telerik's RadControls for Silverlight in our GIS Mapping applications. RadGrid and RadTreeView have been very helpful in providing the data our customers need in an easy to read format. Built-in sorting and filtering are a huge plus.
As the developer, I have always found the documentation for the controls along with the examples to be easy to follow and get me done quickly.

We decided to use Silverlight for our browser based Client Portal and WPF for the administration tool. We evaluated many control providers and found the Telerik controls to be much better looking, faster and easier to implement than any of their competitors' controls. I have been in the IT industry for 27 years and have been a Microsoft Certified Trainer for 15 years. I have been using the Telerik Premium Collection for about 3 years now. Although I am very capable of writing my own controls, using Telerik controls has saved a huge number of hours for my team. The cost of building and maintaining your own controls can be massive and far outweighs the cost of a Telerik license. The support I have received from Telerik has been awesome and I have had answers to my queries on most occasions within 24 hours.

Some time ago we started out with Telerik's RadControls for ASP.NET. Over the years we purchased all the Telerik products, never to be let down! It strikes me that Telerik is a remarkably customer oriented company. The product value is great! Lots of useful functions and nice looking features. Not overstuffed with marketing material, like some do. The support is superb. While other companies might try a few hints before going to lunch, Telerik often provides custom sample code, even if I don't ask! Bottom line, eh, rather not for everyone: Amazing value for your money!

This has helped us to deliver our Portals & Tools with wide features and functionality in a fraction of the time. There are several excellent controls each having several cool features and very reliable. Telerik have excellent support via their documentation, demos, forums and also via support tickets which have been prompt and useful. I would definitely recommend Telerik if you want to save time, resources and money.

The Telerik products are unmatched in their industry. I have been a programmer for several years and used several other 3rd party controls. The others have some cool features but I was forced to have multiple control vendors as each had something better to offer than the other. However, once I found Telerik controls and tested them I dropped all others and they have now become our sole vendor for development control and tools.
Not only are the products superior but the support is unbeatable. They even give the same support to the free products as well which is what sets them apart from their competition. I am currently looking into Sitefinity and knowing their track record I will be purchasing it shortly without hesitation.
Telerik is a MUST have for any developer.
