Our product needed the wow factor and this is where Telerik comes in. It didn't just add the UI elegance but also cut down our development time by more than 50%! Thank you Telerik for creating a great suite of products and for having well-organized documentation. The documentation for any component suite is just as valuable as the components, themselves. Telerik's excellent documentation and intuitive object models substantially flatten the learning curve. In my case, I fully implemented the report writer in a non trivial ASP.NET Web application in just a couple of hours after having never before used any of Telerik's products!

Telerik's RadControls for WinForms is one of the best tools I have worked with in the last few years. The range of controls is impressive, the performance of these controls is absolutely awesome, and the APIs are rich and easy to use.
The Telerik team are very responsive. Support tickets are always answered with code snippets, which helps me complete my projects without delays. I get a response from the Telerik developers within 24 hours, which considering the time zone difference between the USA and Australia, is quite impressive.
I find the documentation very good, full of code samples which are simple enough even if you are a beginner.
Finally, the forums are great. I find a lot of information in there.

We've been using OpenAccess for nearly 3 years, initially for 3 small-medium size applications within our product line and now we're using it for larger applications (100s of persistent classes). I've always been impressed with the technical quality of OpenAccess - the team's long track record with ORM makes it a true thoroughbred - and for us it has achieved what we wanted & expected: made managing persistence a 'solved problem' so we can focus on on our application domain. Moreover, the documentation is clear and complete and whenever we've had questions or problems the support has always been excellent - both timely and effective.

I like using Telerik's webpage, it is very easy to find out information out on the controls and reporting if there are any problems on certain controls. Also, I like that they have demos of their components to show others how they look and act before you even start designing with them.

What a time saver Telerik's ASP.NET AJAX controls are! They are packed with features that would take developers weeks to write. The RadGrid, the RadWindow and AjaxPanel are all my favorite. I have been able to easily drop it in my project, set a few properties and its live. That's how easy these controls are! What makes these controls even easier to use are the examples and tutorials available on the website. There are hundreds of easy to follow examples on how to implement a feature. Rad controls are totally recommended. Its 100 times worth the cost.

After trying various 3rd party components I found that Telerik's WinForms controls offer the best features and and ease of use. They provide plenty of sample codes to learn from and to help the evaluation process. Telerik's technical experience really shines in their products.

I've been using Telerik products for years. I started with the RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX, and later upgraded to the Telerik Premium Colelction for .NET. At the beginning, it was following a recommendation from a .NET magazine, then I became addicted ;)
Most major controls brands provide good and trusted products (I've tried few of them). What makes me choose Telerik over and over is the ease of use and simplicity of the code, as well as a GREAT samples library with any scenario you'll ever need. This alone, saves me a lot of head aches and wasted time...
Surely, TELERIK is my choice - again!

Telerik's ASP.Net AJAX control suite is by far the easiest suite of add-on products to install, integrate to Visual Studio, and use on a daily basis. One of the few products that does everything it says it does, right out of the box. Even the little things like true Intellisense support, a GUI interface on their controls that makes sense, and their documentation make it easy to dive right in and start using them. Their online documentation is the best of the best. Their sales and support team are timely and professional even when you're at the pre-sale stage and are willing to work with you when you are at the pre-sale stage with your own clients.

Telerik's RadControls for Silverlight are very much compatible with Sharepoint Development. This has helped us to deliver our Portals & Tools with wide features and functionality in a fraction of the time. There are several excellent controls each having several cool features and very reliable. Telerik have excellent support via their documentation, demos, forums and also via support tickets which have been prompt and useful. I would definitely recommend Telerik if you want to save time, resources and money.

Telerik web and windows controls offer a great look and advanced functionality with very little effort. The company's commitment to their community of developers is always reassuring. There is lots of documentation and many examples on their site, and any questions that may remain, or problems that inevitably come up during development are usually answered promptly.

I have been developing with Micorosft technologies as a developer for over 15 years. I have used third party software in the past and struggled with their controls, support and overall experience. I always had to jump through hoops to get their controls and my apps to do what I wanted to do and to do what they boasted they could do.
So last year I needed a third party software development tool with controls for ajax. I decided to try Telerik. From their sales team a year ago all the way until today when they responded to one of my many support tickets, I have NEVER seen a more easy to use, perfectly documented control suite with unbelievable technical support!!!

I have a reasonable working knowledge of Silverlight and there is always heaps more to learn about Silverlight. I found the Step by Step training for the Telerik RadControls for Silverlight, and it makes it so much easier to get started with the Telerik Controls for Silverlight - saves me from spending hours hunting through the help files & trying out things to get everything working.

We compared Telerik with a lot of other vendors and in the end decided to go with Telerik for their nice styling, great documentation and robust API's. Within just a short time we converted many of our controls and as a result have given our users a major upgrade in terms of user experience. The RadWindow in particular has allowed us to simplify a lot of our site design to behave more like a WinForms application with dialogs and it's a lot easier to get something happening when compared with the Ajax Toolkit modal popup extender which we were formerly using. We are looking forward to implementing these controls in several of our other ASP.NET Ajax, WinForms and MVC applications.

Initially, I chose Telerik because of the scheduling control offered for the ASP.NET AJAX controls in order for us to implement a scheduling system without having to reinvent the wheel. To do so ourselves would have been a very expensive task, but was one that was necessary for our business. The Telerik scheduling control provided us with the responsiveness and robustness that we needed in order to implement a data-intense solution quickly. After a year had passed we noticed that we needed the scheduler to be more responsive, but because the scheduler is naturally graphically intense, it was difficult to find a solution…at least that was what we thought. After speaking briefly with your team, we had learned that Telerik had released a suite of Silverlight controls that included a Silverlight based Scheduler. This was the panacea to our issue. We immediately upgraded to the Premium Suite of controls from Telerik and started developing with the Silverlight scheduler. Within no time, I had the scheduling process running within our application and it was exponentially faster! Our customers noticed an immediate difference in performance and they were extremely satisfied.
After having great success with the ASP.NET AJAX and Silverlight controls, we naturally started looking towards Telerik for solutions to our other development efforts and we have been very successful. Telerik has consistently displayed true passion towards providing high quality products. The responsiveness to upgrade the products and to address issues is second-to-none. In times when the documentation may not have been enough, the Knowledge Base, Forums, and customer support have been extremely invaluable.

I love the ease of use of the TreeView and Grid controls and the whole flexibility that this RADControls suite provides. I have used the control base on many projects and our customers love the functionality that the Grid provides.

Our latest project involved creating a highly customized implementation of Microsoft CRM 2011 for one of the largest Professional Employment Organizations (PEO) in the United States with offices throughout the county. The project necessitated integration between their ERP system and Microsoft CRM, numerous custom Microsoft CRM plugins, and Silverlight Web Resources to accommodate their unique requirements and ensure the system could enhance both their employee and customer experiences. We utilized Telerik RadControls for Silverlight and ASP.NET Ajax to expand upon native Microsoft CRM Case and Lead entity functionality. Telerik was able to provide Data grids with exponentially more functionality than we could have used with standard Silverlight. We utilized these controls as both Web Resources embedded in the Microsoft CRM 2011 entity form as well as in custom forms that interfaced with the CRM data through very simple data binding. Telerik provided many examples and source code which are great references for applying techniques to your own situation. Upon our successful experiences with the initial RadControls, we started diving into their many other controls for both Silverlight and ASP.NET. I fully intend to utilize Telerik's products for future Microsoft CRM and ASP.NET custom software projects.

While the number of

Telerik continues to remain an industry leader, delivering a very comprehensive

Telerik RadControls suite allows me to do precisely that. I'd played around
with Telerik's controls in the past and had been impressed, so when a recent
client project called for a custom ASP.NET CMS setup, I decided that it was
time to see what the updated RadControls toolset was all about. In a word...
awesome. While the old RadControls for ASP.NET is still a great product, the
new RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX versions are just amazing. The online demos
really speak for themselves and say more about the product than this testimonial ever could, but I'll give it a shot. The Editor control is the best I've seen
with it's easily customizable interface and built in asset management and image
editing dialogs. The Grid control is everything the .NET GridView control
should be with it's almost limitless features. The Dock and Window tools enable
you to effortlessly create portal sites with drag and drop windows... and on
and on and on. Lastly, as you would expect there is a slight
learning curve to being able to effectively utilize the product. The few hours you'll spend learning the controls will save
you countless hours down the road. If you're an ASP.NET developer, you owe it
to yourself to check out Telerik RadControls. Once you start using them, you'll
wonder how you ever got by without them.

I used Telerik ASP.NET, and later on the AJAX versions since 2007.
I needed a web application running in a few months. I discovered that the components are very complete, and the support is great. Not only a lot of demos, but also countless helpful forum posts. Any question is answered within a few days. Theyven give you money when you participate on the forum or send an example! This is especially important for starting users.
Now I'm using the controls for about 6 websites and I renewed my license for one more year.
The grid is just great - there is nothing that you cannot do with it. Strange client wishes? No problem!

Downloaded your trial version of Web UI Controls for ASP.NET AJAX and within a weekend we had a new scheduling engine up and running on our project management portal ezEnterprise.net. GREAT quality controls, well documented and slick UI! Going through the wealth of additional controls now, adding them throughout our product. Why didn't we download your control suite sooner! Would have saved us A LOT of engineering hours.

I've been using the ASP.NET AJAX controls and lately have delved into the WPF control set as well. Telerik products are well tested, well documented and the support is top notch. The controls perform well in any size solutions - I've used the ASP.NET components on large scale, distributed systems with roughly 5,000 users logged in simultaneously. Telerik controls are a no brainer if you want to speed up your development with controls that have been proven to be the best in the industry.

R.A.D. Yes, what does it mean: Rapid Application Development. Seems smart to use the term RAD for your components, but you also should commit yourself to it as well ! And so they do at Telerik!
Telerik understands. Not only the controls are rich, but the support is outstanding. The code library, blogs, documentation and examples are great. Best of all is the support; Yesterday I posted a small problem, this morning I got an answer. Telerik understands that R.A.D. doesn’t stop at components and properties.
Proovit Business Software (Netherlands) is using Telerik ASP.NET components for about 4 years now. Recently we also discovered Telerik OpenAccess ORM. Also a great tool. A few months ago I was downloading some updates and was looking at upgrades because of Reporting and OpenAccess. I was surprised to see that upgrading from ASP.NET RAD Controls to “Telerik Premium Collection”, which includes controls for ASP.NET AJAX, Windows forms, OpenAcces and Reporting, and some more stuff, only costs $649, while upgrading ASP.NET RAD Controls only was $499… Frankly, I think Telerik is selling too cheap!

We decided to go with the WinForms edition of RadControls to build GoalPro, the next generation of goal-setting software. We chose RadControls because of the quality of each control in the suite, but we are today most happy about our decision due to the support we received during implementation. The knowledge base, forums, and company support from Telerik are simply the best.

We wanted to create a new fast web application...so we were looking for a control collection which provides a good looking skin and rapid controls. We found three different offers for control collections but we decided to take the Telerik controls because of the speed of the controls and also the support for reports. Other important points for choosing Telerik are the large demo world, the good documentation and the code library.

I am fairly new to VB.NET/ASP and website building. In the past I used MS Access and deployed applications through Remote Desktop. Trying to save a few pennies, I first tired to use the built-in report builder that came with VS 2010 and also tired to use a third party add-in for VS 2010 reports. While I was able to create reports with those items they were hard to modify and setting data sources was not straight forward. After spending well over a month trying out different reporting tools, I stumbled across Telerik. I was able to create my first report in a few minutes without having to dig through multiple websites for info. After reviewing Telerik's documentation and looking at a few posts on the forum, I was able to modify the report with some conditional formats and replicate a few reports that we used in our MS Access Database. Your designer is easy to use and from what I have seen your support forum is actively monitored. With the other tools that you offer ( Multicolumn Combo Boxes, Grid and Scheduler controls), I can easily replicate my MS Access application, that my users are used to.

I'm a newbie to the web world,
I'm originally a "uniPaaS" (application development environment) programmer, team leader and an expert on Magic Software Enterprises products. The difference between a company that keeps it's "cards close to her chest" and the openness of Telerik, the responsiveness, the open support tickets, the demos and shear mass of available resources is mind boggling.
I started working on a project straight out of a 2 courses that lasted 2 weeks. I heard of Telerik from my teacher, in his words: "Use Telerik. It does everything and saves you a lot of problems, the code is great and the service is very responsive." I thought he was exaggerating, but I was wrong!!
The code is a pleasure and the service, don't get me started on the support service.
The support is very responsive, faster then they say. They nail it on the head every time. I feel like I have a team working with me and it feels great!

The RadControls for ASP.NET Ajax are phenomenal! We like the fact that these controls have rich features, that are easy to configure, and that we don't have to create these features by ourselves any more. Even more impressive are the examples and tutorials that come with the controls on the support website. I have used several control suites from other vendors but NO one has as detailed examples and help as Telerik does. The product, support and tutorials are worth the money!

That's the only word coming in my mind when I think about Telerik ASP.NET Ajax UI Controls.
I appreciate the coding quality, the tremendous capabilities/options of each control, and above all, the live examples and documentation quality in general. A lot of ready-to-use code, comprehensive and detailed help files ... things not very "visual" but so critical for me, so helpful for understanding and mastering this control suite.
The final goal is reached : very good users feedback and time gained!!!
3 or 4 updates a year, each one bringing lots of bugs corrections and new controls/functionalities... For once, I'm glad to pay an annual update fee... I paid so many times ... for nothing !!

I was first turned on to the Telerik Controls from another developer at a different company. I had never heard of Telerik and was leaning on going with a third party's control suite. I had asked him why Telerik versus the other controls. He mentioned that the controls were very nice and stylish, and easy to use, but that it was the support and training materials of the product that he was really impressed with.
I decided to give them a try and check out the traning and demos on your site. That was the key that sold me. I have since bought the complete ASP.Net suite of tools and have to say that they are all, and more, that was "sold" to me. I am impressed with the product and especially with the support and training that is available. I have no doubt I will be as persuasive with a recommendation when I'm asked "Why Telerik?".

Our progression from the WinForms suite to the WPF suite was a natural one when we decided to start building WPF applications. We continue to be impressed not only with the quality of the controls within the suite, but also the quality of all the collateral provided such as the demos, tutorials and samples. The controls themselves are easy to use, have a professional look and feel to them and without a doubt have focused our development on what is important (for us!) and away from the plumbing – always a good thing especially when you add in the savings in time and money from not re-inventing the wheel!

I have been using your ASP.NET AJAX suite since 2006/2007 and the controls were extremely worth for my job. I mostly used the RadTreeView control, because it is very flexible and customizable, the RadXmlHttpPanel to update contents very fast and easy by Javascript, the RadComboBox to have beautiful drop-downs. The controls are great and I have to say during these years Telerik improved their documentation, their offers and the customer satisfaction.
Also the Telerik website can be compared to a bible for problems and solutions.

Not only do you have great easy to install and use objects that significantly expand Visual Studio 2008 -- but your video and print based training are stellar. The only difficulty I have found is the shear learning curve to utilize all of your tools quickly for my own pressing deadlines. My view of your product(s) costs are now that it was decidedly affordable and is a polished jewel amongst other roughly mined and limited products.
As a Technical Professor of Networking and Programming and as a Business Owner: this tool easily expands all of the wonders of winforms readily found in Visual Studio for Windows right out to webforms in ASP.NET. Telerik is transforming what was difficult or impossible into the new standard of what is expected.

Telerik's Premium collection for .NET is a nice tight, well valued collection of tools. They allow us to quickly increase our products functionality, thus enhancing the end user experience. Overall, considering the depth of the products, the documentation is very helpful.

Well I have been using RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX for a day now and I am already very pleased with what it can do and how it looks. At the moment I am still getting used to the API, but it is very easy to learn and with all the videos and the 900-page step by step guide you have available it makes it really easy.
Currently I am trying to design a small control panel with your extensions and it is looking really good. If someone was to ask me if i would recommend your products I would say "yes".
You have ticked all the right boxes, easy to use and easy to learn with professional looks.

I took the decision to integrate Telerik's ASP.NET Ajax components in a new project after I've used in the past some third party components. This is the best decision I could make, and there are several reasons for that: It is very easy to work with Telerik's controls; I've benefited from a great support by the Telerik team; Demos and documentation are well done; Telerik's components are the best looking ones -they use a large variety of themes; It's cheaper than other third party components suites that I’ve compared to.
The clients really loved the new application and I'm happy because I've delivered a great looking app with less effort than usual.

In 3 weeks using the Telerik components I built what others failed to build in 3 months, using other (poor documented) third-party software components. Given the higher productivity using Telerik's tools, the investment in them starts to pay off in 3 to 4 working days.
The demos, code examples, online (and offline) documentation and feedback from their support officers help you find a solution to all your design problems.

One lament I have had in the past about RadControls was the lack of more basic learning resources. While the forums, KBs and examples are excellent, as a fledgling developer, I found I still needed a more rudimentary understanding of how the controls work.
While being a late comer to the RadControls Q3 2007, (I was too busy enjoying experimenting with Sitefinity) I noticed the tutorial download and I must say this was a welcome surprise.
Kudos to you on consistently addressing the needs of learning resources for new developers, less versed in programming, to still be able to utilize the bleeding edge technology that your controls provide!
