I was first turned on to the Telerik Controls from another developer at a different company. I had never heard of Telerik and was leaning on going with a third party's control suite. I had asked him why Telerik versus the other controls. He mentioned that the controls were very nice and stylish, and easy to use, but that it was the support and training materials of the product that he was really impressed with.
I decided to give them a try and check out the traning and demos on your site. That was the key that sold me. I have since bought the complete ASP.Net suite of tools and have to say that they are all, and more, that was "sold" to me. I am impressed with the product and especially with the support and training that is available. I have no doubt I will be as persuasive with a recommendation when I'm asked "Why Telerik?".

After coming form a different company that uses a tool set of a competitor, I can say without a doubt that I would never switch from using Telerik again. The tools are easy to use and easy to extend to fit my needs. They have been a huge time saver and have allowed me to focus on the more important issues. Support is amazing and very quick to reply. Nowadays, I am also exploring myself on KendoUI Web & mobile development. It's a really dashing combination of JQuery, Html5 & CSS3 with Theme Builder functionality. I have been using Telerik products for almost 4 years now. Started with Sitefinity for my previous client and currently recommended RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX to my new client. Any product once release needs an excellent support both from the provider and the community to be successful.
I would say Telerik scores 5 ratings on all aspects. Everything from product to support to training - all are outstanding! I am amazed how they consider the clients' needs and make product updates and fixes to satisfy them. Also they constantly keep updating their products with enhancements and features, which is really cool and makes things interesting in the development world.

I have been a developer for over 15 years and I have seen a multitude of Third Party control vendors come and go. I can honestly say I have never worked with a Third Party vendor with the documentation, flexibility and responsiveness that I have experienced with Telerik.

I have been working with Telerik components for roughly five years now (for various employers) and after all this time I'm still impressed with the stunning quality provided by every piece of Telerik software that I've used so far! Although, there was this one time when the RadControls were given a major update to implement Microsofts ASP.NET Ajax... As our team recently moved from a Winforms based application model to an ASP.Net / XAML based model we reviewed all the major component suites on the market and Telerik's offering was by far the most rounded.
We felt that the level off support offered via the website through forums, blogs and videos far exceeded other vendors and a helpdesk ticket raised under the trial license was resolved as if we had already purchased the full package.
We also believe that the future roadmap is the most exciting in the industry and the support for major patterns such as MVC and MVVM is exceptional.
All I want now is an OLAP Pivot Grid in Silverlight ;-)

I have been in the IT industry for 27 years and have been a Microsoft Certified Trainer for 15 years. I have been using the Telerik Premium Collection for about 3 years now. Although I am very capable of writing my own controls, using Telerik controls has saved a huge number of hours for my team. The cost of building and maintaining your own controls can be massive and far outweighs the cost of a Telerik license. The support I have received from Telerik has been awesome and I have had answers to my queries on most occasions within 24 hours.

I have used Telerik ASP.Net products both inside and outside of American Express. My experience using these tools has been nothing short of exceptional. We started with just the simple use of the RadGrid controls 6 years ago to currently using at least 15 of the controls, included in the suite. I have brought the tool to three different groups at American Express, since the first implementation, and have received excellent feedback on the look & functionality. My teams of developers have commented on how simple and consistent the usage of the tools are as well as the functionality that comes pre-loaded. There have been many hours of development time saved with the features provided.

I am writing in to commend 2 Telerik Sales/Account Representatives, namely Yana Shishmanova and Violeta Slavova who have been very helpful and most kind in assisting in my account transfer and license renewal. Both of them have been prompt in assisting with my account transfer and subscription inquiries, and have been extremely patient walking me through the renewal process. With their kind help, I was able to successfully transfer my subscriptions and renew my Sitefinity licenses.

Some time ago we started out with Telerik's RadControls for ASP.NET. Over the years we purchased all the Telerik products, never to be let down! It strikes me that Telerik is a remarkably customer oriented company. The product value is great! Lots of useful functions and nice looking features. Not overstuffed with marketing material, like some do. The support is superb. While other companies might try a few hints before going to lunch, Telerik often provides custom sample code, even if I don't ask! Bottom line, eh, rather not for everyone: Amazing value for your money!

We have been using the Telerik ASP.NET AJAX controls & WPF controls for about 3 years now. We could say that they are the best among the third-party controls ever used. Especially their UI controls have excellent look & feel and provide a greater flexibility. Most of our clients have commented that UI of our applications are pleasing them as they experienced the user friendliness of MS Excel. Since then we started using Telerik RAD controls for all of our applications. Their documentation and samples are incredible. We really wonder about their rapid upgrades and releases in a year. The forum & support we received from Telerik has been very good. Most of our queries were responded within 24 hours. Telerik controls also save a lot of development time. We have standardized these controls within our organization and even our software development partners have been asked to use Telerik controls for all our developments.

The Telerik products are unmatched in their industry. I have been a programmer for several years and used several other 3rd party controls. The others have some cool features but I was forced to have multiple control vendors as each had something better to offer than the other. However, once I found Telerik controls and tested them I dropped all others and they have now become our sole vendor for development control and tools.
Not only are the products superior but the support is unbeatable. They even give the same support to the free products as well which is what sets them apart from their competition. I am currently looking into Sitefinity and knowing their track record I will be purchasing it shortly without hesitation.
Telerik is a MUST have for any developer.

After researching on the net, i stumbled upon 2 products, Telerik and one of their competitors for ASP.NET controls.
I compare both websites and strangely they are so same!
But Same is not like same same. One is lame. Without any doubt it's the competitor's.
They use same 300.000 rows, same kind of filtering grouping, they have no insight. They can only develop as long as Telerik develops a new feature and they copy it.
I am a 5 years experienced ASP.NET developer and Telerik totally rocks.
It makes you feel free, All those nasty dirty Javascripts are now very easy and serving you. As it should be.
I have a great passion for Telerik products.This team has vision, creativity, and passion for their work.
If you are in a point as I was, thinking about these 2 different products, go with Telerik. You will hear some comments that others are better. You will never regret using Telerik, the only thing you will regret will be the years without Telerik.

My global impression with Telerik's WinForms controls is that they work as the regular controls in Visual Studio which is a good thing. The "feel"with them is good, the properties are logically categorized and they look great.
With the controls you can always adjust your products' look-and-feel to the latest Microsoft Office version, and the GridView control features are incredible.
Also I really like the way that Telerik interacts with it's community! They are always open to suggestions and forum posts are answered in a really timely fashion.
Of course a very pleasant "side-effect" they created with this, is that I can earn Telerik-points!

I started off with third party controls, but over the years Telerik controls just kept coming up as the more efficient and effective tools. A lot of that is due to the amazing online documentation and active developer community forums. I have trained several developers on the Telerik ASP.NET AJAX controls and they all reported tremendous productivity increases.

The Telerik licensing policy is formed so that there can be one license holder from a company. One Person holds all the licenses owned by this company and can
