For about 3 years, I've used Telerik's .NET RadControls and never been happier. Telerik's RadControls are easy to use and make many complex situations a breeze. I used to hate dealing with .NET AJAX tools because of how clunky they are, but Telerik has never made me feel that way.

Not only to visuals look great but the functionality provided to the user would take months of development time without these controls. Easy ti use, fast development rendering excellent solutions. Devcraft is by far the best and complete toolset in the market. Recently I downloaded Test Studio. Coming from a development background, I know how important is it to completely test any application before delivering it to the client. I was really amazed at the robustness of Test Studio. I can perform Functional, Performance, Load etc in one product.
Earlier we were focusing on many products out there for each type of testing, however now , its just one package ..

I brought a problem with the RadEditor to Telerik. I was able to demonstrate to them that this control was now being outperformed in the marketplace. I was honest with Telerik about how this was effecting my customers and how I asked Telerik to be honest with me. Would they devote resources to it or not?
Telerik agreed that the RadEditor needed work. Telerik through my account manager assisgned an evangelist. There were periods of tense discussion and further soul searching, but in the end the RadEditor rounded into form. Telerik really listened, assigned resources and attempted to address these issues in the RadEditor. My problem became Telerik's problem.
I look forward to continuing to work with Telerik and to help improve our mutual products my providing real world experience and allowing Telerik to determine if they will try to "delight the customer" like they did in this case.
