WPF/Silverlight Support Officer

Telerik is looking for a WPF/Silverlight Support Officer. As a member of the team you will be responsible for handling incoming clients’ requests via our support ticketing system and e-mail. You will be assigned to resolving various problems, from first level (beginners) questions to complex coding and application development. You will have the unique chance to develop your skills and knowledge in Silverlight and WPF, two of the most innovative and fast-growing development platforms on the market.
You will be the person who has/is:
• Technical background in Web or Win related technologies (preferably ASP.NET, Winforms) . Experience with Silverlight and/or WPF is a plus
• Programming experience with C#,VB.NET. Experience with XAML is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science is preferred, but not required
• Previous professional experience on a technical support related position
• Customer focused. Able to locate and resolve problems
• Excellent written English skills
• Dynamic person, able to work under pressure
• Experience with Microsoft SQL Server 2005/2008 is a plus
• Experience with writing technical documentation is a plus
• Exceptional ability to learn new skills
• Down-to-earth and friendly personality
