  HI,
  Can we bind radCheckBoxElement to radSplitButtonElement(or to radDropDownButtonElement) same as radMenuItem?.

  I am afraid that I still cannot understand your question. Is it the same that you have already asked in the following topics: RadToolstrip with [checkbox][Image][Text] and Examples regarding radtoolstrip?
  
  If you actually ask for a different scenario, please elaborate further. Any code snippets, and screenshots will be very helpful too. If you are asking for the same, then please post your questions in the same thread. This will make our assistance more fast and accurate.
