  Hi..
  
  I'm experiencing the above mentioned error in all the Warehouse related widgets, with the following stacktrace:
  
     at Microsoft.AnalysisServices.AdomdClient.AdomdConnection.XmlaClientProvider.Microsoft.AnalysisServices.AdomdClient.AdomdConnection.IXmlaClientProviderEx.CreateSession(Boolean sendNamespaceCompatibility)
     at Microsoft.AnalysisServices.AdomdClient.AdomdConnection.ConnectToXMLA(Boolean createSession, Boolean isHTTP)
     at Microsoft.AnalysisServices.AdomdClient.AdomdConnection.Open()
     at IRC.Gear.WorkItemManager.Dashboard.TfsDataProvider.TfsWarehouse.Connect(String connectionString)
  
  I have added the username that I use in the project connectionstring to the TFSWarehouse Relational database, as well as the analysis service database.. Any suggestions to what I'm doing wrong?

  Hi Peter,
  
  By default, Analysis Services requires windows authentication so user name and password cannot be used.  We left the options for specifying a user name and password in there anyways in case a work around could be found a later date.  I realize this is confusing, and I apologize.
