    Hi ,
The two consequent appointments created on the same day are getting overlapped.

To explain the scenario let's take an example.

Suppose i have two appointments as :
    Appointment 1  from 9.AM to 9.25 AM
Appointment 2  from  9.25 AM to 9.50 AM

Now in my scheduler the both the appointments are getting overlapped.
I have also created the same appointments with same time interval  in Microsoft Outlook and there the appointments don't overlap.

I have attached two images here one is for telerik scheduler and other is for microsoft outlook where you can see the difference.

    Looking for your quick response.

    Regards,
    Rashid Ali

    Hi Rashid,

    Thank you for contacting us.

Are you able to reproduce this in our online demos? Could you please also attach the screenshots of the problem.

    Looking forward to your reply.

    Hi Konstantina ,

Yes , I am able to reproduce the same problem at your demo .
    http://demos.telerik.com/silverlight/#Scheduler/FirstLook

Please create an appointment A with start time as 2.00 PM and end time as 2.25 PM
and another appointment B with start time as 2.25 PM and end time as 3.00 PM
Now you will see that the second appointment is not
starting from the bottom of the first appointment (ideally it should do this because it starts after the first appointment).
Both the appointment are starting from the same line which does not happen in Microsoft outlook.

The screen shot of appointment created in microsoft outlook is attached here.

    Please reply ASAP

    Regards,
    Rashid Ali

    Hi Rashid,

    Thank you for the screenshot.

In this version of the control there is no exact rendering of the appointments. However, we are working on major improvements of the Scheduler, including this one, which early bits will be ready till the end of the month.
Meanwhile, you can improve this behaviour by setting the TimeSlotLenght property to a smaller value, for example 15min. In that way the appointments will display more accurately.

Hope this information helps. If you have any other concerns about our controls please let us know.

    Sincerely yours,
    Konstantina

I am having the same issues, but the results are worse. Just using the same FirstLook demo create an appointment for 4:00 till 4:25, then another one 4:25-5:00. You will see that first appointment looks like it goes from 4 till 5, which is absolutely incorrect.
Is there a workaround for this? It is a critical and urgent issue for us.

    Thank you.

    Hi Sergey,

This is expected behavior of RadScheduler control. It does not provide an "exact rendering of appointment" .
I strongly recommend you consider using of RadScheduleView control instead of RadScheduler. It supports the desired behavior.
