We use keyboard navigation for the Ribbon control. Default entry key mapping (Ctrl+Q) remains unchanged. However the entire navigation feature completely stops working after the following:

    1. Ctrl+Q to show key tips for the ribbon
    2. Mouse-click somewhere on the main pane so that tips disappear
Actual behaviour: key tips disappear and never appear again

However the scenario when we click buttons to navigate tabs or invoke commands works fine.
This is very critical for us and we would like to find out the way to fix "keyboard navigation".

    Regards,
    Denis

    Hello Denis Vuyka ,

In some situations where the focus is not in the RibbonView, the Ctrl + Q may not activate the KeyTips. But when a click is performed somewhere in the RibbonView Ctrl + Q works immediately. Please check out this captured video showing a basic test and let us know if we are missing something ? Thank you in advance.
