    Good afternoon.

Testing was possible memory leaks in my application and came across the RadMaskedTextBox.
    I'm using version Q2 2011 SP1.

I created a test application where I have three options:
    - Adiciona: adds a RadMaskedTextBox in a grid.
    - Remove: removes RadMaskedTextBox the grid.
    - Memória: Executes a function through the 'WeakReference' to view the objects in an application.

    Let the problem:

If I enter some value and right click on the button "Remove" the component is removed from memory successfully.
Now if I type a value, leaving the component with the "Tab" key and press the "Remove" the component is discarded from memory.

    Images of the attached example.

    I look back.
    Thank you.

    Hello Jair ,

Thank you for this report. This is a known issue in the RadMaskedTextBox control. It logged in our PITS where you can track its progress.

In the meantime it is best to take advantage of the new MaskedInput controls. They are developed to overcome the known issues and limitations of the MaskedTextBox control as well as to further enhance the user's experience when entering controlled input. You can find detailed information about each control from the suite in our online documentation.

    All the best,
    Tina Stancheva
