    Now our team is working with latest Q3 2009 build. We are using radpormpt like this:

    radprompt("How many copies would you like?", copyPromptCallback, 300, 85, null, "Copy Item"); 

    If you run this prompt in Firefox, you will see there are two single quotes in prompt dialog.

    We also tried Q3 2008. It works fine.
