    Hello Telerik Team,

I would like to create a simple advanced template to insert and edit own data (other then subject, start, end etc.). I need simple TextBoxes and one ComboBox. I know how to make a template and display it, but the problem appears, when I try to bind my data to DataBase (I'm using MS SQL Server and SqlDataSource) - I don't know how to do this. I know there are many various detailed threads about it, but there too complicated (both them and demos online). If anyone could help me (and please, as simply as possible) I would be very glad.

Another question is how to display my own template in scheduler? I mean a tamplate of basic information about appointment on main scheduler page.

    Best regards,
    Maciej

    Hello Maciej,

Please, use the Advanced Templates demo for reference. You can download a working sample from here.

    Hello Peter,

I found the answer in Your Tutorial - http://www.telerik.com/support/documentation-and-tutorials/step-by-step-tutorial-for-ajax.aspx - rather then in demo. As I said, it's using too complicated methods and connections. Anyway, thanks for help.

    Best regards,
    Maciej
