    I need to create and set the title as done in asp.net control  the "Grouping Text"  with same style.(i.e) Text and Panel Line Border with color
    How to do this using the Rad Panel.

    Now, i got the exact word called "Rounded corner Panel".
    Can i get the sample code of "Rounded Corner Panel" ?

    How to change the border-color of rounded panel.
    I have tried the below two options,
    1)Setting the thr' <FieldSet> Proprites.
    2)Appliying thr'  <style>

    When i try to change the color of Rounded panel looks like ordinary table even by setting the "Style".

    RadPanelBar is not rendered as <fieldset> and I still don't seem to understand the needed layout. Please send us your page with RadPanelBar and tell us exactly which styles you need to modify.
