  Hi
  
  On our DNN Installation (DNN Version 6.1.1 - RadEditor Manager 6.1.1) we have more than 10 portals. for every portal we want to use different templates inside the RadEditor. they are used for opt in email.
  
  When i, for example on Portal 4, save a template inside the editor and then switch to the template manager, my templates are not visible. "No records to display."
  
  When i check the template folder via file manager, i can see the saved template file. they are saved as html. And the editor is configured to allow html and htm.
  
  When i make the same steps on portal 0, then it works without a problem. I can save a template and it is displayed inside the template manager. It just doesn't work with any other portal above 0.
  
  Any idea?

  Please, note that DotNetNuke version 5.0 or later  uses the Professional provider of RadEditor, which is implementation of the DNN developers and it is not supported by Telerik. Our suggestion is to post your question in the DNN forums and contact the support of DNN for help.
