    Hi,

Our customer gets a message from their anti-virus program when they visiting our website with Telerik controls. More information below:
    Program: Avast
    Malware name: JS:Blacole-AV
    Type: Trojan Horse
    From: Telerik.Web.Ui.Webresource.axd

I hope this is a false postive?
    What should we do?

    Kind regards,

    Jelle

Same here, please centralize questions and support on this threadhttp://www.telerik.com/community/forums/aspnet-ajax/general-discussions/avast-and-g-data-antivirus-detect-trojan-in-telerik-generated-js-file.aspx

REPOST: Requesting help on this topic as well, many websites in production and I can confirm that Avast! is most likely having a false positive on the JS file with
    JS:Blacole-AV.

    Hi,

We are investigating the issue now and will give you more information later on.
Our current tests show that if the Scripts/Skins are loaded through the CDN everything is ok which means that the scripts themselves are not harmful and probably the antivirus program report is false positive.

    All the best,
