    Hi,
I'm trying to create a webapp that would allow me to drag rows from a GridView into a DockZone creating a new dock object at each drop of a row (whether on the Client or Server side), but I can't find any information on its feasibility.
Did someone ever try that kind of scenario ?

    Cheers

    Chris

    Hi Chris,

I can suggest an example that shows how to create RadDock objects by having the initial drag come from a RadTreeView control. This example creates the dock controls on the server-side and adds them to the specific zone. You can find it attached to this post. It could be possible to achieve the same effect with GridView if you incorporate draggable object in the control.

I hope that you will successfully implement the desired functionality, given the information above.
