The RadSocialShare offers the ability to easily share content. How users are managed (i.e. authorization, registration, login) is taken care of by the networks themselves, not by us. What we do us open a popup whose URL is in the social network and let it take over from there. If the user trying to share content is not logged in he is usually offered options to either log in, or register. I hope this answers your question.
