    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    I've scoured the net for a image viewer control that would allow support for multipage Tiff files, so I wrote my own.  It allows Zoom and Pan and Drag and Drop.   I haven't had time to put in a control library yet, but it should be easy to follow.
