    PROJECT DESCRIPTION
    The attached project is a real-life windows application based on the Northwind data-model. Much of the features of OpenAccess are presented in a common case scenario.

    I am not familiar with this whole concept of open access. Could you point me to where to get more background info on info on this topic

     The best starting place should be our getting started guide. It provides information of what an ORM is and some basic examples for most of the technologies in .net.
