5 Reasons to Give UI for iOS a Try

1. Customization and flexibility for each chart type

UI for iOS gives you great customization flexibility to accommodate as many app scenarios as possible. You can tweak everything starting from the series fills and borders, through the axes lines, ticks and labels and finally the grid fills and borders. Samples are included in the installer and tutorials are available to help you get a faster start.

2. Easily create your own animations or use the ones out-of-the-box

Telerik Chart for iOS ships with a collection of pre-built Core Animation and UIKit Dynamics based animations. You can animate each data point individually and modify the animations’ velocity and easing. The controls leverage the UIKit Dynamics engine introduced with the latest iOS 7 to help you easily create unique and inspiring user interface.

3. Enjoy the luxury of dedicated support even while evaluating the product

If you have a technical question you simply log a ticket and the ticket is handled directly by the engineers who have built the suite.

4. Easy to learn Charting API to get your app running quickly

The Telerik iOS controls expose an easy-to-use API and integrating them in your Xcode project is very straightforward. The methods and properties are self-explanatory, the architecture is easy to follow and a finely detailed documentation of the API is integrated in Xcode.

5. Pick your favorite data population method

Telerik Chart for iOS allows you to choose between three easy ways to populate the Chart with data depending on your coding style:

  • Configure the data source to bind with a delegate
  • Configure the data source to bind to a DataPoints collection
  • Configure the data source to bind to properties of an model object

The fastest and easiest way to get a first-hand experience with the suite is to download the free demo app for iPad. Source code preview is available for every example.
