TechEd Europe Brought to You by RadControls for Windows Phone

One week after the very debut of RadControls for Windows Phone, the first showcase of the product is already a fact. Falafel Software used the suite to build Event Board for Microsoft TechEd Europe, taking place this week in Berlin. The Event Board allows users to easily find sessions by speaker, day, track or time slot; to view conference information, maps and tweets and all this is happening on their Windows Phones.

Event Board is a Windows Phone 7 application, with a Windows Azure middle tier and a SQL Azure back end and can be configured to target any conference with an appropriate data feed.

The application currently features Telerik Transition control, RadPhoneApplicationFrame and RadAnimations and will soon expand, using other controls from the suite, such as Window and WrapPanel components.
