Service Pack 1 for Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC just released

We just released the first service pack for the Q1 2010 release of Telerik Extensions for ASP.NET MVC. As you may have guessed this is mostly a maintenance release addressing all reported bug fixes. It is important to note that the service pack will be available only to licensed users. We will update the open source version only for major releases. However if a critical bug has been found we will publish builds in the forum so no worries.

What’s new

Everything is described in the release notes. There are a few breaking changes – in the TreeView and Grid. Check here to see if you are affected:

• Grid changes and backwards compatibility
• TreeView changes and backwards compatibility

We have also tested the extensions with Visual Studio 2010 to confirm we fully support it. The source and samples will continue to ship in Visual Studio 2008 projects though. Opening them with Visual Studio 2010 should be seamless thanks to the built-in project converter.
