On November 20 at 11:00 AM ET the Telerik Kendo UI Q3 2014 release webinar, "Data Gone Wild? No More," will take place. This time around, the action will focus on the new Kendo UI export capabilities, offline data with .DataSource(), new .kendoTreeList() widget, DataViz performance improvements and new .kendoPivotGrid() features. By the way, did you know that .kendoPivotGrid() is moving to RTM (i.e. release to management) status? That’s right, it’s time to blow the managers mind!
If you’ve attended before, you know how it works. Space is limited, so book your seat now, get an email reminder, and we’ll see you on the 20th for an hour of Kendo UI live demos and the chance to win some serious hardware swag.
The official Q3 2014 release of Kendo UI will be on the 19th of November. The very next day, you can attend a free webinar that discusses the updates/changes in the release. The webinar will be hosted by Burke Holland and most of the new hawtness detailed in the Q3 roadmap blog post will be showcased by John Bristowe, T.J VanToll, and Cody Lindley. This means you can sit back, relax and take in all the new goodness by simply lending us your eyes for an hour.
If learning what’s new isn’t enough of a draw, consider that by signing up today, reserving a seat and attending, you might just win one of the following prizes:
That’s right, sign up, give us an hour of your life, and you might just be that person who gets to carry around a new iPhone 6 Plus. With two hands. Or one Andre the Giant hand!
Wait there is more! I can’t believe I just said that. But yes, there is more. If you don’t happen to land one of the four hardware prizes just mentioned, you’ll still be in the running for one of 10 Kendo UI Professional licenses. Win a license, and it’s almost like winning $699 dollars. Or at the very least, something to get you in the good graces of your company’s financial officer.
Did I mentioned space is limited?
The new Q3 2014 Kendo UI code is not being stored away in a vault. It’s already been Beta released. If you are an active Kendo UI trial or commercial license holder, you can find the Beta bits in your Telerik account’s > Products and Subscriptions section. Which means you can get your hands into the code today. (Note that the Q3 Beta is available for our Telerik UI for ASP.NET MVC, Telerik UI for JSP and Telerik UI for PHP products as well, including wrappers for the corresponding server-side technology.)
Now, if you haven’t done a trial before you can always sign up and get a trial of Kendo UI and thus the Q3 Beta code.
Of course no commercial license or trial is necessary for you to go now and give the Q3 Beta demos a spin or read in detail the Q3 roadmap blog post.
