In this video, you'll learn how to use and configure the WebUI Test Studio user settings in Visual Studio. You'll see each setting individually and understand what effect they have on the design canvas. Click the gear icon and it will pull up the User Settings. Don't forget to select your project from the drop-down menu at the top. The first tab is Automation Overlay Surface and it contains five settings: Highlight Border Color, Drop Shadow Size, Drop Shadow Transparency, Highlight Border Width, and Highlight Background Transparency. The second tab is Recording and Code Generation and it refers mostly to recording settings and the unit code generation for your test. The other tabs are Installation, Translators and Identification Logic.
