Missing C# Test Studio Project Template

PROBLEM

I don't see Visual C# Test Studio Project under the Telerik > Test templates.

SOLUTION

Change the .NET Framework from 3.5 to 4.0. C# templates are only compatible with .NET 4.0, whereas a VB project is indiscriminate.
