Import Manual Steps from Excel

The Excel Import feature provides a quick and simple way to import manual test steps from an Excel file into Test Studio.

  1. Click Excel Import button in the Import ribbon.

  2. Select the Excel file and the applicable Table and Column.
  3. Click OK.

    Note: You must have Excel installed on this machine for this to work. 

     

    Note: It is important to note that the entries in the first row of the Excel spreadsheet are used as column names and will not be imported as steps.

     

  4. The steps are added to your Manual Test.
